Prints by Sammi ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through printsbysammi.com, why, and what choices you have. It follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, email, phone number (optional), shipping address, the items you bought and any personalization details you enter.
- When you use the contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional) and your message.
- Automatically: basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type, kept by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running.
We do not create customer accounts and we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To make, ship and support your order.
- To reply to your messages.
- To meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Stripe processes payments. Your payment details go straight to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's privacy policy.
- Shipping carriers (such as Canada Post) receive your name and address to deliver your order.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
- Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to our email.
Some of these providers may store information outside Canada.
Cookies
Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as Canadian tax law requires (generally six years). Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to help you.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing printsbysammi@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days.
